Archivases – Red Rosette

I look for inspiration for my work in my immediate surroundings. At Archiváz, I was inspired by the facades of Prague houses, on which I began to notice hanging wires, cameras placed next to decorative stucco, graffiti, lights and advertisements. Sometimes I paused at the ugliness of these scenes and at other times I marveled at the beauty, because it looked like an art installation, but without its author. I processed the scenes that I saw most often as aesthetic decor for a glass vase. I would like people to recognize elements from architecture in it and it would make them more aware of details in public space.

UPGRADE: In 2023, I started cleaning some of the vases from excess materials. I felt they were redundant for my message.
